I registered with 5 nanny agencies and you can imagine all the application forms I had to fill out, I was over it! I called Independent Recruiters and they said no worries we can do the application form over the phone (it took less than 60 seconds) I was stoked! I went on their website and I was amazed at their huge price difference for placement fees I was looking at a MINIMUM of $750.00 + GST with other agencies but Independent Recruiters charged $315.00 Including GST and interviewed a fantastc girl- Simone within the same 24 hours and Simone then became my nanny within another 24 hours. Thew owner of Independent Recruiters is LOVELY, she's such a darling and I still talk to her on many ocassions she likes to check on Simone to see how she is doing and to see if we are happy with everything it is great! With other agencies I know once the placement has been made they will take my money and run. I love Independent Recruiters!!
