Zane I am so disappointed in your lack of professionalism that I have decided to write this letter and let you know I am considering writing a letter to the local paper. Since picking up the cards I went back to one of the other printing companies from whom I was quoted. Their quote was $120 +GST inclusive of artwork and design for 500 cards. They too were shocked at what you have done. Your methods are devious and underhand. You at no time made it clear that there was an additional cost of $90 for your artwork, which I might add, was minimal. 15 minutes for $90. I designed the card! You failed to give me a written quote, which included this fee. In addition you, on your own admission failed to tell me that 1000 cards would have been cheaper. I am a small business as I assume are you and can least afford this sort of rip off. I think other people should be made aware of this and I shall do my best to make sure they do. A small business I may be but not necessarily a small voice. I assume you get some sort of satisfaction out of providing this sort of service otherwise you would not do it.
