I have recently moved to Rotorua & thought being a huge place for tourism the customer service would be great, was I wrong there, one man was so arrogant, rude, un-knowledgable that he made people feel inferior & stupid, I though he must be having a bad day, so I went back the next day to query something from him & sure enough straight of the bat he was rude & arrogant, I couldnt beleive how bad his customer services was, I suggest he gets re-training or even training to improve as he clearly doesnt have any skills in this area or needs a change in career. I am a young maori lady who is an Electronics Engineer (maybe a surprise to him) and he was tryng to rip me off by saying my equipment wasnt working properly, this is the reason I went back to see how he would treat me, as the day before I noticed that alot of people were getting scammed in by him, maybe they were desperate for cash & just took his advise but I was certainly not!!! The rest of the staff how ever were pleasant and helpful, maybe he is the staff/customer service bully!!!!
