I came to the clinic as a new patient ,but the doctor rejected to help me with my health problem just because she did not have any medical report . All I asked for was a referral to send me to a specialist ,and she said she could not know because she did not have any document. what kind of document did she need ? I was there , a human being ,in pain ,and to ease her job ,i explained that I needed to be check by a specialist ...if you dont send me to a specialist ,why dont you help me with my problem yourself as a doctor ? at the end ,i paid and i went back home with nothing just double pain !
