We last eat here about a month ago with a client, it was girls night out and neither of us wanted to cook. So we ordered the nights special, fish n chips and washed this down with a Guinness as you would in an Irish pub. Reg has got a winning formula here and the meal was superb. Hennessy's is situated in the middle of town and every Thursday night Rotorua have their night market right outside the pub. So you can sit on the footpath sipping your Guinness while taking in the atmosphere of the market. Hennessy's is good value for money and has that authentic feel about it. I can't fault and of my trips to Hennessy's to be fair.
