Bakers in Bay of Plenty

Usually my experience at Big Bake Bakery in Papamoa is exceptional until recently. I would often go to this bakery because the staff were kind and their selection of food was broad. I am vegetarian and the only reason I would go there was because they were one of the few places who had variety for vegetarians. They had filled rolls and delicious vegetarian pies. however when I went in to their store last week in hope of the great food once delivered I was highly dissapointed. Their cabinets had limited selection and no sandwiches or rolls I am capable of consuming. So I asked them for a vegetarian pie and a punnet of chips. I sat outside and bit into my pie only to discover it was meat. immediatley i spat it out and felt ill. I went back in stating what had happened and i said to the lady i ordered a vegetarian pie and this isnt. She goes I know, thats Chicken and mushroom. I said to her im vegetarian I can't eat meat. She then tried offering me a smoked fish pie. frustrated upset and angry i demanded my money back but she was insisting that she could find something vegetarian for me. What annoys me the most is that the pie had a V on it and she said it was vegetarian. the service was shocking and the chips ordered were dry and tasteless.. If i could i would live less than 0.5 rating. I will NEVER return it was shocking.
