They failed to notify us of an airline schedule change resulting in missing flight from AK to KL, losing connecting flights (which I had purchased separately), and having ongoing flights to europe and back automatically cancelled. On hold for 1 hour on their "emergency call number" followed by being put on hold for about another hour once they answered. They eventually rebooked main flights, categorically stating that the electronic ticket numbers were unchanged. This was wrong as we subsequently found out when trying to checkin online from KL to Rome resulting in yet more phone calls & stress. Even though it has been established that they were notified by the airline as to schedule changes, and therefore are clearly at fault in not notifying us, they ignore my email requests for reimbursement of the cost of me having to purchase new connecting flights in Asia (~$250), and have not offered any apologies. The whole experience with them has been very stressful. More interested in a quick buck than providing a professional service imho.
