WAS SOLD FAULTY GARMENT - HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED ~ $400 I drove to this shop all way from Hamilton! Bought an item. On return home discovered it is faulty - the thread falls out from the seam already. I rang numerous times next working day. Left numerous requests to call me back. Then briefly managed to speak with the shop keeper, whoo promised to call back. I did non hear from her for the next two days, and sent the item by post back to the shop. I requested to replace the garment with an identical one or order in the same garment if it was only one in the shop. Otherwise, I requested to refund the money. Nobody has contacted me in regards to this item for the last two weeks. ***********I have not received refund either.************ If I don't have my issue resolved within 10 days, I will take this to the tribunal.
