Our family used this firm for years while Julian Edelman worked there. After he left we had various staff members making significant errors that cause us a lot of grief over the years. For example, they would make a mistake on documents spelling our names which would result in second appointment and charge us 400$ for coming into their office again, would not waive the fee for their own mistake and demand it agressively that we just paid it. Later on overlooked a clause from the bank in relation to garauntee which caused us a dispute with the bank for many years and tens of thousands of dollars lost. This time we were selling the last property, they over paid rates and body corp on our behalf, paid rates and body corp from sale proceeds for 6 months ahead for the purchaser. Would never recommend Glaister Ennor to anyone. Never again!!!
