Sydney Australia. I stayed there 2 years ago and cannot disagree more with this review. Facilities were clean and kitchens had all the necessary equipment. Of course there has to be rules - can you please tell me instead where you can stay and NOT pay rent when it is due and NOT clean up after yourself and take all the equipment from the kitchen back to your own room?? I plan to stay there again in January '08 without hesitation. Keep up the good work Unitel. Cheers Jeremy
