The worst customer service I have ever seen. I was a loyal customer but refuse to shop here any longer. I have spent thousands of dollars and expect some kind of gratitude and common courtesy but did not get any. The staff are quite rude and arrogant here, especially the male staff. Most of the time the advice is wrong. They do not know about fact, just opinion. At one point they could not even tell me what type of fish I was buying! If they want to stay in business, they should improve their attitude and way of thinking. They have lost a valuable customer even though they do not know it. I will be shopping at Animates in future as the customer service and the advice is so much better. ANIMATES: advice is always correct the staff are friendly better customer service and shopping experience do not always have the fish in stock but most can be ordered For these reasons I do not ever see a need to shop at Hollywood Fish again.

Went in there last sunday and was most impressed with the service I recieved. Lady was very friendly and happy to help. I suggest Paul tries this shop again because things have changed.
