Dreadful. The service is poor and customer service is horrible. Do not fly Great Barrier Airlines if you need to make any sort of onward connection because they change their scheduling and routes without bothering to tell anyone. Flights scheduled to go between Auckland and Great Barrier randomly get re-routed to fly via North Shore, doubling the travelling time. When flights are delayed, the airline staff are routinely rude and utterly unhelpful in providing any information. They also turn their phones off when they can't be bothered handling calls about delayed flights. Luckily there is an alternative airline for Grear Barrier island.
