I hired a bike from this company as part of a rehab program, and agreed to collect it from their warehouse. It worked fine for a couple of weeks but then over a week ago it broke down and stopped having any resistance. I initially emailed them but after two days and no response I called the store. The guy at the store was very nice but had no authority to fix this and needed to 'call the boss'. I didn't recieve any response or call backs despite repeat calls and now have a useless bike at my house they won't/can't replace or collect. Useless! My recommendation - never use this company. Absolutely appalling and the worst thing is if I want to get rid of this bike I will have to return it to them.
