i found sumich plumbing & drainage to be resonably priced and have good professional local guys, that provide excellent service. I have had sumich plumbing fix my bathroom taps and install my kitchen sink and diswasher, which was all done in a professional matter. thank you Sumich Plumbing

Well its been 3 months since I complained to these guys when the 'tradesman' sent out to repair our boiler installed a $110 new part that was not part of the job or even broken for that matter and I have still heard no apology. Oh, they gave me a credit note for the part and told me that they would have only replaced something that needed replacing and were very sure that they were right - even though I am the customer! I have been waiting to hear from ANYBODY to apologise for this blatant disregard for customer service and hope that anyone that reads this takes it into account. DONT USE these guys there staff obviously cant be trusted and they dont follow up complaints or care what the customer should think. I categorically condemn such behaviour by a business - ok they are not panty-sniffers caught on camera for Target but I am still left with a foul taste in my mouth and have still had to pay them nearly $400 for the job. Good on you Cooke Plumbing, thanks for the apology and vote in confidence within the industry. If anyone reads this from the company, I still wait for an apology - its the least you could do.
