Florists in Auckland City

Disgusting customer service! Ordered a helium balloon for a very sick 1 year old baby to be delivered from Auckland to Tauranga Hospital. They phoned to advise that they did not deliver balloons out of Auckland but they would try to find a company in Tauranga that would and they would call me back. No phone call 2 hours later so I called back, she advised she had already ordered through a different company in Tauranga, but it was not the same balloon I had originally ordered and she had charged me $51.00 as she said there was no difference in the cost, I explained this was not good enough as I had paid $20 delivery fee to send from AKL to Tauranga and this new company was Tauranga based so delivery fee would have been significantly less! She was so rude to me, insulting and has obviously had no customer service training. Clearly they dont need much business cause I will be telling everyone I know and writing on every website I can find how rude and sneaky this woman was to deal with! How dare she try to pocket $20 delivery fee from me for her so called "trouble she went to to find an alternative!" I got a quote for $29 from Tauranga based florist! I hope you read this and take my word for it! Find another florist Auckland - there are so many to choose from!

Exceptional service and beautiful bouquet everytime. i've use them for birthdays, valentines and all occasions and have never disappointed me.

I rang them to enquire about dried flowers - they did not know what I was asking and then ended the conversation rudely by saying I have a customer I have to go and hung up, no request to please ring back or can I take your number and get back to you. Extremely rude attitude - will not be going here ever!

I ordered two bouquets online with Toitoi. Lovely webpage and email confirmation. I had trouble having a voucher recognized but Toitoi assisted without a problem. The flowers are beautifully presented and I loved the fabric strip instead on a ribbon. Nice! Excellent service, prompt and quality product. Do check delivery price though. Glenda
