I have been a patient of Dr Julian Lofts for many years, in that time he has performed a number of successful procedures on me. He also operated on my 12 year old son a few years ago which changed his life dramatically; we will always be grateful for this. Julian is above all others in his profession with a wealth of knowledge and experience to match. His integrity and down to earth approach, along with his wonderful, caring and highly trained staff always make visits a pleasant experience. Dear Ronita, I would like to share with all of your clients and the people who don't know nothing yet about your amazing skill.. "Ronita is the best person to see if you want your eyebrow shaped in the way that you would look your best. I have damaged my eyebrows myself by trying to do the job myself, however I thought that by going to a beauty place a skilled specialist will fix the damage and make my eyebrows look great again. So I chose a well known place in Mt. Eden vilage, quite pricey, but I thought everyone goes there so they would help me...Well the beauty specialist there said to me: "I can't help you you have damaged your brows permanently, they are not going to grow back, so you would just have to use the eyebrow colour/shade to make them look normal." I was devastated. thinking that I would never ever have my brows back. Hope was still there and then I met Ronita. It took her about three sittings and I had my perfect eyebrows back, actually looking the best they ever looked. Ronita helped me and changed the overall look of my face with her perfect eyebrows. i dont understand what this lady is on about. I have received nothing but good service and excellent conversation. Staff are warm and welcoming. i too had a trouble with spraytan but it was out of their control but have since replaced the machine and now it is better than ever!!! They will me as client for many more years to come!

Very impressive! After receiving a gift voucher from a friend, I booked in for a facial and IPL treatment. The experience was impeccable from start to finish. Outstanding level of professionalism shown throughout my visit. I'd happily recommend Nava to anyone. Thanks girls!
