Building & Maintenance in Anawhata

On 13th August 2009 I phoned Abbots Drainage regarding an urgent job to unblock sewer drains at our dog shelter in Pukekohe. Brooke from your customer services was able to organise a contractor on site within half an hour. I met the contractor on site at the job. He was very helpful and able to make suggestions on how we could fix the problem. He returned the following day to undertake CCTV camera work, it was discovered that dog hair from the shelter and hay had blocked our sewer line. The blockage was cleared successfully. I would just like to thank all of the staff at your business for their professionalism and courteous manner and commend you all on doing such a great job. Could you please pass this message onto Brooke at the office and the contractor on site that day (I can’t remember his name). This problem had been ongoing for over a month and other contractors were unable to locate and fix it for me. Regards, Alison

Hi Paul, Thanks much for your letter. We are indeed very pleased with your recommendation to install the semi-frameless door. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise. We cannot imagine having to mop up our wooden floor after every shower should we have gone ahead with the frameless door, without your advice. We would like to add that your installer was top class - very professional, extremely tidy & meticulous, not to mention the superb workmanship. Wow!! just had Chris come and spray our new house we had just purchased, it had every living bug known, living in the house, My family felt the house was dirty even though i cleaned and cleaned it. Chris was very professional, clear and informative in explaining what he was to do to the house to rid the problems,that fact that it is was done quickly and while we were all at work and school, was a bonus! The house is so clean with no sign of ANY nasty bugs, cockroaches, spiders etc.. Thanks Chris see you again in the New Year!
