On 13th August 2009 I phoned Abbots Drainage regarding an urgent job to unblock sewer drains at our dog shelter in Pukekohe. Brooke from your customer services was able to organise a contractor on site within half an hour. I met the contractor on site at the job. He was very helpful and able to make suggestions on how we could fix the problem. He returned the following day to undertake CCTV camera work, it was discovered that dog hair from the shelter and hay had blocked our sewer line. The blockage was cleared successfully. I would just like to thank all of the staff at your business for their professionalism and courteous manner and commend you all on doing such a great job. Could you please pass this message onto Brooke at the office and the contractor on site that day (I can’t remember his name). This problem had been ongoing for over a month and other contractors were unable to locate and fix it for me. Regards, Alison

I have been a patient of Dr Julian Lofts for many years, in that time he has performed a number of successful procedures on me. He also operated on my 12 year old son a few years ago which changed his life dramatically; we will always be grateful for this. Julian is above all others in his profession with a wealth of knowledge and experience to match. His integrity and down to earth approach, along with his wonderful, caring and highly trained staff always make visits a pleasant experience.
